On June 14a delegation of the Foundation for Responsible Robotics will travel to Geneva for a collaborative workshop on “Networked Robots in Healthcare” with Heike Felzmann from NUI Galway. This workshop, sponsored by the Brocher Foundation, brings together leading experts in the fields of robot ethics, robot surgery, medical robotics, robot law, human-robot interaction, and robotics engineering to discuss the role of networked robots in the future of healthcare.

The workshop aims to deliver an open consultation document on the topic to provide policy-makers, industry, and health-care providers with a rudimentary insight into the topic.
